——Production process——

Ingredients:

400g pork ribs, 4 bay leaves, 1 star anise, 1 cinnamon, appropriate amount of salt, 15g rock sugar, 8g chili pepper, 3 slices of ginger, 1 can of beer, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce.

Don't look down just because you need so many ingredients.

Steps:

1. Wash the purchased pork ribs and chop them into pieces, boil water in a pot, put the pork ribs in and boil, drain the water and set aside.

2. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, then put the rock sugar, salt, cinnamon, star anise, and ginger slices into the cold oil, turn on low heat and fry slowly, and pour in the pork ribs when the rock sugar melts into a reddish-brown viscous liquid.

3. When the pork ribs are golden brown on both sides, add a spoonful of dark soy sauce and two spoons of light soy sauce, then add the chili pepper and stir-fry, and finally pour in an appropriate amount of water (at least the ribs) and beer, turn to low heat and boil for about 40 minutes after boiling.
