Preparation of fried noodles with pork belly in soy sauce

  1. Bring water to a boil, add the noodles, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, and then remove the cold water.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, beat in an egg and fry until the surface of the egg is slightly charred.

  3. Without changing the pot, continue to use the pot, pour in the pork belly, stir-fry until the pork belly is fat, add the onion and cabbage, and stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft.
