Potatoes and roasted beans
All ingredients: potatoes, beans, garlic, chili peppers, a little more cooking oil, a little salt, three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, a little chicken essence, half a spoon of starch, appropriate amount of water
Step 1: Peel the potatoes first, clean them and cut them into thick strips, rinse them in clean water, be sure to rinse them several times, wash off the excess starch on the potatoes, and then soak them in water first to prevent the potatoes from turning black and oxidizing, and set aside.
Step 2: Then clean the beans, drain the water, remove the stems and break them into small pieces by hand, put them into a plate, start the wok, add a little more cooking oil to the pot, when the oil is warm, put in the prepared beans, then turn on medium heat and stir-fry, fry until the beans are completely cooked, and set aside.
Step 3: Leave the bottom oil in the wok, when the oil is warm, put the potato strips with dry moisture control into the wok, stir-fry over medium heat, fry until the potato strips are browned on both sides, and set aside.
Step 4: Take an empty bowl, add 3 scoops of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, a little chicken essence, half a spoon of starch and an appropriate amount of water to the bowl, stir well with a spoon and set aside.
Step 5: Start another wok, add a little cooking oil, when the oil temperature is 5 hot, add minced garlic and chili peppers, stir-fry until the bottom of the pot is fragrant, then pour the potato strips and beans into the wok, stir-fry evenly, and set aside.
Step 6: After stir-frying evenly, finally pour the prepared soul sauce on top, turn on the high heat and quickly stir-fry to reduce the juice, and when the sauce completely wraps the potato strips and beans, you can turn off the heat and serve. This dish of potato roasted beans is ready, and it is really super delicious
Tips:
Beans must be fried until cooked thoroughly before eating, because raw beans may cause food poisoning!
