Method:
Step 1.Wash the pork belly, cut it into 1 cm thick slices, peel and wash the ginger and mince it, wash and chop the garlic, wash and chop the green onion.
Step 2.Put the sliced pork belly into the soup bowl, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, ginger and garlic, and mix well.
Step 3.Pour in 12 grams of Pixian bean paste, 40 grams of steamed pork rice noodles, mix well and marinate for a while.
Step 4.Marinate the pork belly and place it on a plate.
Step 5.Prepare the steamer and fill the water with boiling water before adding the ingredients.
Step 6.Cover the pot and steam for about 35 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
Step 7.After steaming, remove the lid, take out the steamed pork belly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions while hot.

Steamed pork rice noodles have a salty taste on their own, with a little salt
