8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, just over the fish.

9. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce.

10. Pour in two scoops of light soy sauce.

11. After boiling, put in the tofu.

12. Cut the green garlic into the shape of a horse's ear, which is a diagonal cut.

13. Simmer the fish for about 10 minutes, add sugar and salt to taste.
