1. Noodles

Put 300 grams of high-gluten flour, 3 grams of yeast, 20 grams of sugar, 130 grams of yogurt, 10 grams of vegetable oil in the bowl, and various ingredients can be set according to your preferences, and the amount can be adjusted by yourself, as long as you can mix the dough into a softer dough. 2. Fermentation

Dough fermentation requires temperature and humidity, generally the dough fermentation temperature is 24-28 degrees Celsius, humidity is 70-75%, and the fermentation time is about 1-2 hours. If it's winter, you can boil some hot water in the pot without burning your hands, and then put the dough in the pot with a lid to keep the dough humid and the dough temperature. When the dough volume is fermented to twice its original volume, it is ready to rise.



The flour used to make bread is best high-gluten flour, because high-gluten flour has a high protein content, it is easy to knead out the film when kneading, the pull-up is better, and it is not easy to collapse when baking after fermentation. Ordinary all-purpose flour can also be used to make bread, but the taste of bread made from high-gluten flour will be more delicate and better.


3. Plastic surgery

After 2 hours of fermentation, the dough has risen, and you can see that there are many small holes in it, now knead the dough for secondary exhaust. When kneading, knead vigorously like rubbing clothes, while kneading and beating, so that the dough is easier to knead out of the film, if the dough sticks to your hands, you can dip some cooking oil to not stick your hands, about ten minutes of kneading, the dough is kneaded. Shape it into your favorite shape, put it into the mold and then carry out a second hair, and brush the mold with a layer of oil in advance to prevent adhesion. The temperature of the second fermentation is 35-38 degrees Celsius, the time is about 10 minutes, and when the dough volume is twice the original volume, the surface is brushed with egg yolk liquid, sprinkled with black sesame seeds, and it can be baked.




Fourth, baking

The air fryer is preheated for 5 minutes, then the bread is placed in the air fryer at 120 degrees for 20 minutes. Take advantage of this time to clean up the kitchen utensils and sit back and wait for the bread to come out. By the time it has been baked for ten minutes, you can already smell the aroma of bread. When the time comes, the fragrant yogurt bread will be baked, golden on the outside, snow-white and soft on the inside, and sealed in a fresh-keeping bag after cooling, and it will not be hard overnight, but don't put it in the refrigerator, the bread will be hard and not delicious.
