Potstickers tofu
Ingredients: 2 yuan tofu, 5 cents meat, 3 red peppers, 3 green onions, 3 garlic
Seasoning: salt, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil
10 grams of water starch
Steps:
1: Cut the meat into millet, puree it and put it in a clean bowl, add some soy sauce and mix well for later use.
2) Finely chop the chili, garlic and green onion and set aside.
3: Cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices and put them on a plate for later use.
4: Heat the pan with oil, then add an appropriate amount of oil, turn on low heat, and put pieces of tofu into the pot when the oil temperature is 50%.
5: Turn the handle of the pot from time to time to make sure that each piece of tofu is fried and does not stick to the pan. Fry until the bottom surface turns brown, pour into a dish and set aside.
6) Leave oil in the pot, add chili pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the meat puree.
7: Add an appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and then add an appropriate amount of water to boil (not too much water, you can soak the tofu).
8: Pour the tofu into a pot, turn on high heat, add some oyster sauce and cook for 1 minute, add water starch.
9: Sprinkle with chopped green onion and a few drops of sesame oil until the soup is thick.
Tips:
1: It is recommended to buy water tofu for tofu to have a tender taste.
2: When frying tofu, the pan must be oily, otherwise the tofu will easily stick to the pan. You can't fry the tofu until fragrant.
3: When collecting the soup, it is recommended to add some water starch and use high heat to make the dish brighter.
