2. 3. Take a small piece of pumpkin dough, knead it into a round ball with the palm of your hand, dip a small amount of water on the surface, dip it in white sesame seeds, and finally knead it round with your palm, so that the sesame ball is kneaded.


4. Pour cooking oil into the hot pot, when small bubbles bubble around the chopsticks, put in the kneaded meatballs, fry them slowly over low heat, in the process of frying, slowly push the meatballs with a spoon, the whole process must be done with low heat, and when the meatballs are slightly yellow, you can take them out, wait for the oil temperature to rise again, put in the meatballs again, and after a few seconds of re-frying, you can take out the oil control, so that the meatballs are crispy on the outside, and the soft and glutinous pumpkin sesame balls inside are ready.
