The one I share with you today is a very simple cat ear method, which is very simple, make more at a time, and you can eat it for a few days.
First of all, make the preparations in advance, prepare brown sugar, milk, eggs, flour. In the first step, we first melt the brown sugar in hot water at about 80°C, and then let it cool until it is not hot.

Prepare the basin, put in 250 grams of flour, then slowly pour the dried brown sugar water into it, knead it into a smooth dough, cover and let rise for half an hour.

Prepare an empty basin, put in 250 grams of flour, 2 eggs (eggs have a crispy effect), stir well, then add a little pure milk, knead into a smooth dough with your hands, cover and let rise for half an hour.

Now place the white dough on the cutting board and roll it out into a large dough, almost round. Set aside.

Next, roll out the brown sugar dough into a large circle, then place it on top of the white dough, roll it up, and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Easy to cut

The next step is to take out the frozen dough roll and cut it into thin slices

When the oil temperature is 5 hot, put it into the oil pan with chopsticks, and when it starts to bubble, put in the cat ears and start frying, and fry slowly over medium and low heat throughout the whole process, so that it is not easy to fry the paste.

After all the frying is done, put it in a ventilated place to cool, and then you can put it in a bag and seal it for preservation, or you can give it to relatives and friends to taste it.
