Tomato and tofu sour soup, appetizing and stomach-nourishing, the method is simple and can be learned in a few minutes




Today I will share with you a delicious soup - tomato and tofu sour soup. The ingredients are common, and the recipe is very simple, and you can learn it in a few minutes.  


Ingredients:

2 tomatoes, a small handful of enoki mushrooms, 1 small piece of tender tofu, 2 coriander, a teaspoon of starch, green onion, ginger and garlic, salt, vinegar, and a small amount of chicken essence

Method:

1. Wash the tomato, make a cross on the top of it with a knife, let it blanch in water for a while, until it is peeled, tear off the skin and cut into small cubes.

2. Cut the tender tofu into small rectangular cubes, cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, break them into a trace shape, wash them and set aside, cut the ginger into minced pieces, cut the garlic into minced pieces, cut the green onion into chopped green onions, and cut the coriander into small pieces.


3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add tomatoes and a little salt and stir-fry until the soup comes out.

5. Add two bowls of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and add the tender tofu cubes.


6. Cook for a short while, then add enoki mushrooms.

7. After boiling again, pour in water starch in a circular motion.

8. Finally, add a little salt and chicken vinegar to taste, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, and then remove from the pot.
