method

Mapo tofu

Materials

method

Cut the tofu into pieces for later use (if you are afraid that the tofu will break easily, you can boil water in the pot and add salt and blanch for three minutes), and chop the ginger and garlic for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the peppercorns, minced ginger and minced garlic. After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of bean paste and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add stock or boiling water to a boil. Add tofu and simmer over low heat.
