1. Prepare the ingredients, I used my own pickled capers, and by the way, I pickled carrots, white radish, ginger, garlic and millet peppers, which happened to be used together; This time the chicken breast is chosen, but you can also use chicken thighs or pork, as shown in the picture above.
2. Then change the ingredients and cut the capers, carrots and white radishes into small cubes; Chicken breasts are minced into minced meat, or they can be ground into minced meat with a meat grinder; Pickled ginger and garlic minced separately; Pickled peppers cut into chili rings; Blanch the dried chili peppers in hot water for a few minutes, wash them and then cut them into small pieces, as shown in the picture above.
3. Let's marinate the minced meat first, add a fresh soy sauce, white pepper and five-spice powder to the minced meat and stir evenly, add a little base flavor to the minced meat, and if you like a slightly heavier color, you can add a little dark soy sauce to color, as shown in the picture above.
4. Then add a little cornstarch and stir well, which can make the minced meat more tender, as shown in the picture above.
5. Finally, put in 1 tablespoon of corn oil and stir well, corn oil can lock the moisture of the minced meat, keep the taste of the minced meat tender, and it can also be fried quickly without clumping when it is fried in the pan, as shown in the picture above.
6. Put an appropriate amount of corn oil into the pot, and then put in the marinated minced meat to stir-fry quickly, when the minced meat just changes color and turns white, put it out for later use, at this time the minced meat is not completely cooked, you can use your own heat to simmer the remaining uncooked part, so that the taste of the minced meat is more tender, as shown in the picture above.
7. After the minced meat is served, there is no need to put oil, there will be a little bottom oil at the bottom of the pot, directly put in the minced ginger, minced garlic, millet pepper rings and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the fragrance, as shown in the picture above.
8. Then add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry for a while to bring out the flavor of the sauce, as shown in the picture above.
9. Then put the diced capers, diced carrots, and diced white radishes into the pot, turn to medium and high heat and stir-fry quickly, because they are all fished out of the kimchi soup and contain a lot of water.

Tips:
