In the winter, there is nothing more comfortable than eating a plate of steaming tamales, the steamed soft and fragrant pork belly melts in your mouth, and the pink and soft taro is really healing. In particular, the steamed pork noodles are used for bibimbap, and the taste is so delicious that you can't imagine it, and the steamed pork noodles that absorb the aroma of meat and pork ribs make the simple white rice immediately different, and it is so satisfying to eat it.

【Taro Steamed Pork】

[Ingredients]: Half a Lipu taro, 200 grams of pork belly, 200 grams of pork ribs, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 pack of steamed pork rice noodles.

[Steps]:

1. Prepare the taro, wash and peel it. The Lipu taro I use has a fragrant and glutinous taste, pine powder, and slightly sweet, and it is particularly delicious when steamed with meat, and it is not greasy at all.

2. Peel and wash the taro and cut it into small pieces. I use almost half of the taro, and my family usually eats it freshly made, rarely eats leftovers, and if there are many people in the family, I use a whole taro.

3. Clean the pork belly and pork ribs and control the water. The pork belly is made of fat and thin, too thin and too fat are not delicious, the crispy bones I used for pork ribs, I just bought a box last time, and the family likes to eat it, so this time I put it together and steamed it.

4. Put the pork ribs and pork belly into a large container, add steamed pork rice noodles, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce to color. If you don't like it, you can also leave it out, and the saltiness in the steamed pork rice noodles is generally enough. Finally, mix well with your hands.

5. Put the pork ribs and pork belly mixed with steamed pork and rice noodles on the taro. A plate is about the size of two or three people.

5. Put it in a steamer and bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and steam, and steam until the ribs are soft and rotten. Generally, it is at least 30 minutes or more, and we will simmer for a while after steaming.

6. The steamed tamales can be easily pinched with chopsticks, and the ribs are also easy to bite, especially for people with bad teeth, they must be steamed for a while. Before cooking, you can sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion to garnish according to personal preference.

A plate of fragrant tamales is ready, the meat is soft and delicious, the pork ribs are also very delicious, and the taro that absorbs the meaty aroma under the plate tastes extraordinarily sweet, pink and soft, and melts in the mouth.

[Tips]:

1: Lipu taro is recommended for taro, the taste is very powdery, if you don't like it, you can replace it with potatoes or pumpkin as your favorite side dishes.

2. The saltiness of steamed pork powder is about the same, and there is generally no need to add additional salt, so everyone adjusts the appropriate amount according to personal taste.
