Dried tofu, some places are called dried tofu skin, and some are called Qianzhang


First, cut the dried tofu into roughly sized pieces and fold them in half.


Cut it this way, it is easier and easier, cut into strips of equal thickness, not thick and thin for a while, it is not good-looking.


Then, when it's all cut, shake it.


Don't shake too hard, just shake it gently.


Then put the shredded dried tofu in a clean basin, prepare boiling water in the pot, and blanch the shredded dried tofu for a while, in addition to removing the beany smell, it can also increase the smooth and tender taste of the dried tofu shreds.


Similarly, when blanching, don't stir too hard, and blanch naturally in the pan with the heat.


Don't blanch the dried tofu for too long, and within a minute, you can see the dried tofu slightly white, and you can get it out of the pot.


Be sure to keep the moisture dry
