Today, I will share with you the method of roasting pumpkin with a sauce flavor.

Sauce fragrant roasted pumpkin

Ingredients Required:

Pumpkin, green onion, garlic, soybean paste, light soy sauce, oyster sauce,

1. Peel, peel and cut the pumpkin.

Chopped green onions and minced garlic are also available.

2. Mix a bowl of juice:

Stir 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon, 1/2 tablespoon soybean paste, and half a bowl of water.

3. Remove from the pot and add the oil, add the chopped pumpkin and stir-fry for a while.

4. Pour in the prepared bowl juice, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook the pumpkin.

5. When the pumpkin is cooked, after the soup in the pot is thickened, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry evenly.
