2. Wash the tofu and cut into thick slices

Pour cold water over the tofu

4. Add oil to the pot, pour in the minced garlic and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant
Then pour in half a bowl of water, stir well, and bring to a boil over high heat
Pour in the tofu
Season after a while: add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir well
Cover and simmer for 7 minutes
5. When the simmering time is opened, pour in starch water in three times to thicken
Cook until the soup is thick, sprinkle in the green onion and remove from the pan
