1. Scrape the skin and wash the white radish, and cut into thin slices about 0.2 cm thick for later use. Chop the green onions, ginger, garlic, shallots, and coriander for later use.

2. Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Add salt, cooking wine, starch and cooked oil, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the marinated minced meat, chopped green onions, minced ginger, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper well, knead the meatballs the size of a table tennis ball and put them on a plate, and then put in the sliced white radish for later use.

4. Fill the steamer with an appropriate amount of water, boil the water and put in the white radish meatballs. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
