Today I will share with you how to make sesame sauce baked cakes at home, the finished baked cakes are stained with white sesame seeds, and the inside of the baked cakes is clearly layered, and each layer is wrapped with sesame paste.
Steps:
1. Mix the noodles first, add flour to the basin, then add yeast powder (1 kg of flour plus 3g of yeast powder), and then add 3g of salt. Then add a small amount of 250g of water to mix the dough
Pour a small amount of water at a time, stir with chopsticks, and when the flour is flocculent, continue to knead the dough. Once the dough is kneaded, cover and let it rise for half an hour.
2. The kneaded dough does not need to be completely fermented, just let it be in a semi-fermented state. Then sprinkle some dry flour on the cutting board and continue to knead the dough evenly and smoothly.
After the dough is kneaded, use a rolling pin to roll out the thickness evenly and the same width.
Once the dough sheet is rolled out, brush it evenly with a layer of tahini. This tahini is diluted with sesame oil in advance and then evenly sprinkled with salt and pepper on top.
Then fold them together in half in this way, so that the sesame sauce baked cakes have a layered feeling, and cut them into small pieces of the same size with a knife
Then pinch the four corners of the small agent together in this way (without letting the tahini show out) and arrange them into a circle.
Then dip some water on one side, dip it in white sesame seeds, and then put it on the cutting board to arrange and press it into a round cake blank.
3. After all the cake blanks are tidied up, come down and start baking the cakes.
Brush the oil in the electric baking pan and preheat it, and then put the cake blank on top and burn it. The bread I make is small, and I can cook 4 at a time. Brush each loaf with a layer of oil as well
After one side is seared, turn it over and bake the other side, and finally cook both sides of the cake until golden brown.
