Braised pork ribs with lentils
Ingredients: lentils, pork ribs, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, garlic, ginger,
Shallots, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, chili peppers, sugar, starch
1. Shredded the lentils and cut them into small pieces, soak the ribs in water for a while and wash them.
2. Pour 50ml of cooking oil into the pot, pour 2 teaspoons of sugar into the hot oil, turn on low heat and slowly fry the sugar, when the sugar is dark red,
Put the dried pork ribs into the pan and stir-fry until the ribs are bloodless.
3. Add 15ml of light soy sauce to the pot, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, stir-fry to make a fragrance, pour 20ml of cooking wine, and submerge the pork ribs with water.
Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for 10 minutes, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
When the soup is still halfway through, add the lentils, continue to cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add 3 grams of salt, 3 grams of monosodium glutamate, and 5 grams of pepper to taste, turn on high heat to reduce the juice, and pour in water starch.
