1. Wash the chicken wings

8. Wait for the rock sugar to dissolve, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, drop a few drops of vinegar and stir-fry evenly, add water to cover the chicken wings, turn on the high heat and cover and stew!

Tips:
1. The cooking time should be well controlled, if it is long, the meat is not fresh and tender, and if it is short, the meat is not cooked
