1. Prepare the ingredients

1. After cleaning the loofah, peel it, cut the hob blade, and soak it in salt water for a while;
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them apart
3. Heat the pan (the pan must be hot), pour the oil (the oil must be hot), then pour in the eggs and fry, fry until the eggs are solidified and then put on the plate;
4. Add oil to the pot, add chili pepper (chili pepper is thicker) and stir-fry for a while;
5. Add the loofah and stir-fry over high heat, fry until the loofah changes color and softness, pour in the fried eggs, immediately add salt, chicken essence and green onions, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and put it out of the pot.
Stir-fried loofah is a very simple dish, as long as you use the right method, the texture will taste very good!
