1. Ingredients: Mince the pork to make a delicate meat filling.

2. Add an appropriate amount of salt, fish sauce, pepper, light soy sauce, sugar, and barbecued pork sauce to the meat filling. Add a little water and beat to strengthen. Then pour the minced meat over plastic wrap and spread it evenly with a spoon. Cover the surface with a layer of plastic wrap and roll it out with a rolling pin. A thickness of 2 mm is ideal.

3. Remove the plastic wrap, preheat the oven at 200 degrees and put it in the middle for 10 minutes. Brush with a layer of honey water and bake for another 5 minutes. Flip and brush with honey water and bake for another 15 minutes. (The time depends on the situation of your own oven.) )
