Corn with beef has become a child's favorite, nutritious and delicious home-cooked dish


Today, I use the same way as a steak to match beef and corn kernels

How it works:

1. Cut some diced carrots, diced green peppers, minced garlic and shredded ginger, and then break some corn kernels for later use.

2. Blanch the diced carrots and corn kernels, boil until medium-cooked, drain and set aside.

3. Cut the beef into small cubes, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, starch, lemon juice (or cooking wine), mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in diced green peppers and stir-fry evenly.

(Friends who like spicy food can also add chili peppers to stir-fry)

5. Then pour in diced carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, and set aside.

(You can also add your favorite seasoning and stir-fry)

6. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the beef cubes and fry them over medium and low heat, one side changes color and then turns over the other, after both sides change color, you can use chopsticks to turn and fry until the beef cubes are medium-rare.

7. Pour in the fried diced carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly.

The nutritious and delicious diced corn and beef are ready, and my children like to eat it very much, and it is super delicious
