On a hot day, I would rather not eat meat, but also try bean pies, which are not hot and do not roll the skin, and the skin is thin and soft

Today I will share a vegetarian pie made of beans, the filling is delicious, the color is emerald green, the skin is thin and soft, and the appetite will be greatly increased when you look at it

【Ingredients】

Crust: flour, salt, water, oil

Filling: beans, carrots, eggs, green onions

【Directions】

Step 1: Mix the dough

Prepare 300 grams of flour, add 3 grams of salt, stir well, add 170 ml of water, stir into a flocculent shape, and knead into a smooth dough. After kneading, move to the cutting board and knead into long strips, divide into eight dough agents, and knead all the agents round and smooth.

Take a container, brush the bottom with a layer of oil, put the kneaded agent into the container, brush a layer of oil on the surface and periphery of each agent, cover it, and seal the dough for more than 40 minutes.

Step 2: Adjust the filling

Beat three eggs into a small bowl and stir together, after the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the egg liquid, quickly slide and let cool for later use.

Boil water in another pot, add a spoonful of salt and a little baking soda after the water boils (baking soda can keep vegetables green for a long time), then put in the beans, blanch for two minutes, after the beans change color, take out the cold water, cut into small dices, and put them in a bowl for later use.

Cut the carrots into cubes and put them in a bowl as well. Pour in some cooking oil and stir well to prevent the carrots from coming out of the water.

Then add some chopped green onions and scrambled eggs. Next, start seasoning, add salt, oyster sauce, chicken essence, peppercorn powder, sesame oil, stir well, and the filling is completed.

Step 3: Make the cake

Apply a layer of oil on the board, take out a sobered dough, stretch it with your hands, and the awakened dough can be stretched for a long time. Pull it to the right length and place it on the cutting board, and press and stretch it with both hands to form a rectangular dough sheet.

Put the filling in the middle and fold the sides towards the middle.

Cut off one of the extra dough sheets, then start rolling from the end where the dough has been cut, and after rolling up, press the tail under it.

Step 4: Flap cake

Don't turn on the electric baking pan first, brush with a layer of oil, put in the cake blank, gently press the cake blank with your hand, then cover the lid, and turn on medium heat to make the cake.

Boil until the bottom is colored, turn the other side, turn the side twice, and cook both sides until golden brown and ripe. This cake should be baked for a little longer, otherwise it will be easy to get caught in the middle.

Our bean pie is finished, the pie does not need to be raised, not hot, no need to roll the skin, the skin is thin and the filling is large, and it is particularly soft, and it will not be hard if you put it for two or three days.
