Today I would like to share with you a simple and delicious breakfast dough cake.


First prepare 200 grams of plain flour, 100 grams of water, 2 grams of yeast, 5 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of cooking oil.


The first step is to make noodles. I made it the night before, and I woke up the next morning and used it without getting up too early. 100 grams of warm water, add 5 grams of sugar, stir with a spoon until the sugar melts, then add yeast, do not stir, let stand for five minutes. After that, pour the plain flour into it, add the cooking oil as well, and stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks.


The second step, after stirring, knead the dough with your hands, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and use it directly the next morning.


The third step, get up in the morning, take out the dough, it has been fermented very well, there are many small pores in it, spread a layer of dry flour on the panel, pour the fermented dough on it, knead it by hand, exhaust the air, arrange the dough into long strips, cut it into dough of the same size, and arrange the dough into a circle.


The fourth step is to roll out the round dough into a thin round cake with a rolling pin, roll it out in turn, put it aside for secondary fermentation, and let it stand for 30 minutes, and the cake will grow significantly taller.


The fifth step, the electric baking pan is heated, slightly brushed with a layer of oil, put in the cake, baked over medium heat, after the bottom surface is set, turn over the other side, turn it over several times, press it lightly with a spatula, quickly rebound, and the dough cake will be baked.
