Oyster sauce lettuce

Ingredients: Lettuce

Seasoning: Cooking oil, salt, garlic, oyster sauce, light soy sauce

Method:


1. First remove the old leaves of the lettuce, and then break off the lettuce one by one and wash it.

2. Chop some minced garlic

3. Mix the sauce: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.

4. Add water to the pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil after boiling, pour the lettuce into it and blanch the water, and remove it for about ten seconds.


5. Immediately after removing, place in cool boiled water (so that it will not change color) and then neatly stack it on a plate.


6. Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, add minced garlic in the hot oil, pour the juice into it after stir-frying, turn off the heat after boiling, and pour it on top of the stacked lettuce.
