4. The volume is significantly expanded, and the internal honeycomb structure is good. Stir well to combine.

5. Pour the batter into the mold, seven minutes full, you can put some dried fruits you like as a decoration, cover the lid and wake up in warm water for 10 minutes, and the water temperature should not exceed 35 degrees.

6. After 10 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
