Today I would like to share with you the method of a puff pastry, the green onion is rich and mixed with sesame fragrance and flour, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is particularly delicious. You don't need to make dough, you can make it directly after waking up for a while, and you don't need an oven, you can use an electric baking pan or pan that is always available at home, please take a look with me:


Puff pastry

Dough: 300 grams of plain flour, 3 grams of salt, 170 grams of warm water, 10 grams of cooked oil

Puff pastry: 40 grams of plain flour, 20 grams of cooked oil.

Filling: chives, salt, pepper, cooking oil to taste.

Here's how:


Put 300 grams of ordinary flour into a basin, add 3 grams of salt in order to increase the gluten of the dough, pour 170 grams of warm water in batches, the water temperature is about fifty or sixty degrees, stir while pouring, pour in 10 grams of cooking oil, and then knead into a smooth dough, cover the lid and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.


Prepare a small bowl, put in 40 grams of plain flour, pour in 20 grams of cooked cooking oil, and stir well to form a puff pastry.

Tips: Cooked oil is cooking oil that has been fried. If it is made with cooked oil, there is no taste of raw oil, and the cake will be more fragrant.


Chop the shallots that have been washed and drained in advance, put them in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, pepper and a little cooked oil and stir well to form a filling.


Knead the dough a few times and roll it out, put the puff pastry dough and spread it evenly, then fold it up and down from a third of the way. Rotate 90 degrees and fold in the same way, repeating three or four times.


Finally, roll it out and roll it up and cut it evenly into eighths.


Take one of them, pinch the incisions at both ends tightly and press it flat, pinch the edge of the small cake into a round nest with your hands, put in an appropriate amount of chopped green onion filling, and close the mouth with the method of wrapping dumplings. Do them all in turn.


After the electric baking pan or pan is preheated, brush with a layer of oil, put in the green blank and gently press it into a round cake shape, brush with a layer of water, sprinkle white sesame seeds and press it to make it more firmly bonded, and sear over medium-low heat.


Turn it over repeatedly, burn it until both sides are golden, a fragrance comes to the nose, the cake is also bulging, press it and rebound quickly, and the cake is cooked.

The bread that can be puffed up must be clearly layered, and it will be even more delicious to eat.


Stack them diagonally on a plate to allow the heat to dissipate and dry a little.
