1. Wash the sweet potatoes, peel off the skin, cut them into sweet potato slices, and steam them for about 15-20 minutes. Cut into small pieces for easy cooking, which saves gas.

2. After the sweet potatoes are steamed, crush the sweet potatoes with a spoon while they are hot, no need to press the sweet potato puree very delicately, there are no grains at all, and keep some sweet potato pieces to make the taste richer, which can be decided according to personal preference. After the sweet potato puree is pressed, add the butter, the temperature of the sweet potato can melt the butter, and mix well. If you have condensed milk, you can add a little condensed milk for a better taste.
