Today I would like to share with you an improved version of sesame paste, which is smooth and mellow and nutritious.
One. Ingredients required: white sesame seeds, white peanuts, red peanuts
Sesame paste ingredients: white sesame seeds, red-skinned peanuts, white-skinned peanuts
Two. Steps:
1. Put the white sesame seeds you bought back into a basin, wash them with water repeatedly to remove dust and sand, and wash the white peanuts and red peanuts with water and drain the water.
Wash the sesame seeds
2. The ingredients don't need to be dried, and it doesn't matter if you bring a little water. Put it in a pot, turn on high heat to drain the water, the moisture can greatly shorten the ripening time of the ingredients, and then turn to medium-low heat.
Sauté sesame seeds
3. Don't be lazy during this period, keep stirring with a spatula, so that the ingredients are heated more evenly, otherwise it will be fried. After about 10 minutes, the sesame seeds can flow smoothly in the pot without resistance, and they are constantly crackling, the color is slightly yellow, and the aroma of the ingredients enters the nose, so you can turn off the heat.

4. Put it in the wall breaker and crush it on low gear for half a minute, at this time the sesame paste is more viscous and the rotation is more laborious. Open the cooking box, pour in a little sesame oil or cooked cooking oil without flavor, close the lid, turn on high and continue to crush for 1 minute.

Three. This sesame paste is made of refined white sesame seeds, white peanuts, and red peanuts, which is more nutritious than single sesame seeds. The color is golden, the taste is smooth, and the taste is mellow.
Four. Tahini Uses:
Sesame paste can be eaten in a wide range of ways, such as making mahjong baked cakes, mahjong flower rolls, cold dishes, noodles, steamed buns, and bread.
Storage:
1 . You can add a little edible salt when making it, which can be preservative.
2 . Put the tahini in a glass bottle, tighten the cap, and put it in a cool and dry place in the winter and in the refrigerator in the summer.
Five. Tips:
When the ingredients are stir-fried, be sure to stir-fry slowly over low heat, stirring frequently. If you are a novice, you can use a frying pan, not only the ingredients are heated evenly, but it is also not easy to stick to the pan.
It took me 30 minutes to stir-fry all the ingredients, and 10 minutes to make the tahini in a food processor.
1 pound of sesame seeds can make a small bottle of sesame paste, and I also set aside some to make sesame salt.
