Here's how I made it:

4. Add 20 grams of corn oil, or light-tasting cooking oil, stir and exhaust.


5. Brush the bottom and inner side of the mold with a layer of cooking oil, and put a piece of silicone oil paper on the bottom to facilitate demoulding.


6. Pour the batter into the mold, vibrate a few times to exhaust, and then sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds for decoration.


7. Put it in the steamer and wake up again for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.


8. Wait for it to cool down a little, then sort out the edges, and demold upside down.


9. Place it on a cutting board and let it cool.


10. Wait until it is completely cooled before cutting into pieces, so that the cut is more even.
