【Ingredients】Pork appetizer, leeks, dumpling skin, 1 egg, 10 grams of sweet potato starch

【Seasoning】Salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, minced ginger, sesame oil, cooking oil, minced garlic, chopped peanuts, Sichuan peppercorns, lard

【Steps】

1. Chop 4 points fat and 6 points lean front blade meat into meat filling by hand. (I think the hand-chopped meat filling tastes more delicious)


2. Add minced ginger, salt, white pepper, peppercorn noodles and light soy sauce to the minced meat, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes. Then add sesame oil, eggs, sweet potato starch, and stir clockwise.                                      


3. Finely chop the leeks, put them in the meat filling, add a small spoon of cooking oil, and stir well together.

6. Boil water in a pot, put the dumplings in the pot, cover the lid, and put the dumplings into a seasoning bowl after cooking.
