Pumpkin does this, the rice is too fragrant, the flavor is satisfying, the child sweats a lot on a hot day, and the zinc is fried

Today, I used pumpkin to make a kung pao pumpkin cube for my family, which is delicious and very simple.

 Directions:

1. Peel and dice the pumpkin.

2. Cut some diced cucumbers and green pepper cubes.

3. Cut the washed chicken breast into small cubes, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, starch and mix evenly, add a little cooking oil to prevent sticking, grasp and mix evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Prepare some minced garlic, green onions and fried peanuts.

5. Add oil to the pot, pour the diced meat and fry it, fry the meat until it is just cooked, the time of frying is not too long, fry the green onion section to make the fragrance, and put it out for later use.

6. Add oil to the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pull down the diced pumpkin, and stir-fry evenly.

7. Stir-fry the diced pumpkin until medium-rare, add the green pepper and cucumber and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, dark soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

8. Stir-fry until broken, pour in diced meat and peanuts and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.

Pumpkin is so delicious that it goes well and eats, friends of all ages like to eat it, and friends who like it can try it!
