Beef is rich in protein and nutrients. Every two days I make it for my children.
Thinly cut the beef!
After cutting beef, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of pepper, shredded ginger, and a spoonful of starch to grasp and starch evenly.
