Today I made a steamed dumpling stuffed with pork and green onions for my family, and my father ate the last meal, and I want to eat the next meal, and I will share with you my production method below:

1. Add shredded ginger, green onion and Sichuan pepper to the bowl, pour some boiling water, soak some green onion and ginger water and let it cool for later use.

2. Ground three fat and seven lean pork into a meat puree. Add the water of green onion and ginger to the meat filling three times, and each time you add water, stir vigorously, stir until viscous, and then add water again.

3. Add minced ginger and chopped green onions, then add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt and sesame oil, and stir well.

4. Today I was lazy and didn't make noodles by myself, so I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers. Add the filling and wrap it to your liking.

5. Put them in the steamer and brush them with a thin layer of cooking oil to lock in the moisture and prevent them from drying out.

6. After the water boils, turn the heat to medium and steam for 15 minutes.
