The coconut balls that children love to eat, take advantage of the weekend to make more, no need to send it, simple mixing, crispy and delicious

Ingredients Required:

Coconut...... 100 grams

Butter...... 50 grams

Dried milk...... 15 grams

Pure Milk ...... 20 grams

Powdered sugar...... 50g (cotton sugar is also available)

Egg yolk ...... 1 pc

Cake flour ...... 35 grams

Specific baking:

In the first step, prepare 50 grams of butter, let it soften, and stir well with 50 grams of powdered sugar. If you don't have powdered sugar, you can substitute granulated sugar or granulated sugar, and be sure to melt the sugar well when stirring. If you don't like it too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.

Step 2: Knock in 1 egg yolk and mix well.

Step 3: Add another 20 grams of milk and stir to blend.

Step 4: Sift and pour in 15 grams of milk powder and 35 grams of cake flour, stir evenly, and let the ingredients fully combine.

Step 5: After the mixture is thorough, we can pour the prepared desiccated coconut into the container and stir it thoroughly again. At this time, the ingredients can basically be clumped into a round ball of viscosity. If it's too runny, add a little more cake flour and desiccated coconut.

Step 6: Roll some desiccated coconut on the surface of the ball, and arrange it neatly on a baking sheet. It is recommended to line the baking tray with a layer of oiled paper. It should be noted here that the size of the balls of desiccated coconut should be uniform, and I have about 10 grams each.

The seventh step, the oven is preheated in advance, the upper and lower heat is 175-180 degrees, the time is set to 13-15 minutes, and the specific oven has a slight temperature difference, so at the end of the baking, you must observe the situation and increase or decrease the time.

Finished product: The desiccated coconut exudes a charming fragrance at high temperatures, and the whole room of my house is filled with a strong coconut fragrance.

Baking Tips:

1. Place the butter in a warm place to soften it, and then whip it well.

2. Kneaded minced coconut balls are about 10g each, if they are larger or smaller, then the baking time should be adjusted appropriately, of course, it is not recommended to make too big, too large coconut balls, and they will not be too crispy when baked.

3. Be sure to observe the desiccated coconut balls when baking until the last few minutes, and bake them until the surface is golden brown.

4. The freshly baked coconut balls are soft, and they have a crispy texture after they are cooled.
