1. Peel the yam and cut into small pieces.
2. Steam in a pot.

4. Steamed yam mashed into a puree, if you like to eat sweet, you can add a little sugar while it is hot and mix well.
5. Today, I use my own red bean paste and mung bean paste to make the filling.
6. Add a small amount of fried glutinous rice flour to the mashed yam and add it many times.
7. Grab and mix into a dough with moderate hardness and softness.
8. Take an appropriate amount and rub it into small balls.
9. Arrange it into a round cake and put in the filling to close it.
10. Put it in the mold and press out the pattern.
