2. Put oil in another pot, add the stirred tofu and egg liquid after the oil is hot, fry and shovel it, and put it in a basin.


3. Wash, peel, and shred the carrots, and put them in a basin; Add a pinch of salt and mix well to kill the moisture.


4. Remove the excess water from the shredded carrots (do not discard them), then cut the shredded carrots short with a knife and put them in the tofu egg bowl.
