We prepare the ingredients we need first, the iron stick yam I bought is relatively long, only half a root, if you like to eat yam, you can also put more; The beans are used in the Northeast oil beans, and other varieties of beans can also be substituted; Corn kernels are cooked and frozen in the summer, and those that are not available can also be canned with canned sweet corn in the supermarket; Black fungus needs to be soaked in cold water in advance; Carrots are used for color matching; Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic and other seasonings

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a spoonful of salt and corn oil after the water boils, and at the same time add a little bottom flavor to the vegetables, and keep the color of the vegetables more refreshing and beautiful
4. Because the beans are more difficult to cook, first put the beans into the pot and blanch the water, about 3~5 minutes, do not cover the lid
5. Blanch the beans until they are soft, and then blanch the other side dishes in the pot for about 30~40 seconds
6. Then take out all the vegetables in the pot and soak them in cold water immediately after controlling the dry water, and change the water to cool it down quickly, and then control the dry water for later use
7. Start another pot, add an appropriate amount of base oil, and when the oil temperature is not very high, add green onions, ginger and minced garlic to burst the fragrance

9, then start seasoning, according to your own taste, add an appropriate amount of salt, half a spoon of oyster sauce and a little sugar to enhance freshness, and then add an appropriate amount of water to stir-fry the seasoning, I don't add soy sauce when making this dish, because soy sauce will adjust the color of the dish too much, it looks not so refreshing, this can be chosen according to your needs
10. After the seasoning and vegetables are stir-fried evenly, add a thin layer of water starch to make the seasoning more evenly wrapped on the dish and make the dish more flavorful

Tips:
