Seasoning: oil, salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, sesame oil
【Directions】
Prepare 300 grams of flour, add two salts, stir well, then add 170ml of water, cold and warm water, stir into a flocculent, knead into a slightly softer dough. After kneading, move it to the cutting board, knead it into long strips, divide it into eight small agents, and knead each agent round and smooth for later use.
Take a container, brush the bottom with a layer of oil, put in the kneaded agent, and then brush a layer of oil on the surface of each agent to lock in the moisture, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and seal the surface for more than 40 minutes.
Let's adjust the filling when it is time to rest. Prepare a green radish first, clean it, remove the head and tail, then rub it into shreds with a wiping board, put it in a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well, marinate for ten minutes, and marinate the water inside.
Prepare another handful of vermicelli and soak it in warm water.
Take three eggs and stir them together, put oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid at a slight temperature of oil, quickly scatter, cut into small particles, and let cool.
A slice of green onions, finely chopped and set aside.
Once the radish is marinated, squeeze out the water and put it in a bowl.
The soaked vermicelli is cut into small pieces and put into a large bowl, then add the cooled eggs and chopped green onions, and add a handful of shrimp skin.
To start seasoning, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, and a little sesame oil to the prepared ingredients, stir well, and our filling will be ready.
When the time to wake up, first smear a little oil on the board, then take out an agent, put it on the board, and press it with your hand. Pick up the dough, put the filling in the middle, and wrap it like a bun.
Preheat the electric baking pan and brush the oil, put in the cake blank, press it flat with your hand, cover the lid, and fry the cake over medium heat.
