Here's how I made it:

1,150g of black rice, washed and soaked overnight.

7. Put it in the steamer and let it rise again for 10 minutes.

8. Turn on high heat and steam for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

9. Take it out and put it warm to get rid of the film.
