Steamed fragrant seafood mushrooms

Ingredients for production: 1 handful of seafood mushrooms, 1 handful of shrimp skin, 6-7 cloves of garlic, light soy sauce, salt

The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Cut off the root of the mushroom leg of the seafood mushroom, mainly close to the xylem, and never keep it for eating.

Step 2: Wash the seafood mushrooms with water. Remember not to soak in water for too long, just wash it quickly to avoid water entering and it will not taste good.

Step 3: Wash and place neatly on a plate for later use.

Step 4: Prepare a handful of garlic peeled and a small dish of shrimp skin.

Step 5: Finely chop all the garlic and chop it more evenly as much as possible.

Step 6: Pour a little oil in the pot, turn to low heat after the oil is hot, pour in the shrimp skin and fry until slightly yellowed.

Step 7: Pour the fried shrimp skin evenly over the seafood mushrooms on the plate.

Step 8: Heat some oil, add minced garlic over low heat, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and half a teaspoon of salt, stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 9: Pour the fried minced garlic over the seafood mushrooms on the plate and spread evenly on top of the shrimp skin.

Step 10: Put the seafood mushrooms in the steamer and steam them over high heat for 10 minutes, sprinkle some chopped green onions and eat.


Seafood mushrooms are also known as crab mushrooms because they have a faint crab flavor, so this kind of ingredients will be better when cooked by steaming and making soup, plus shrimp skin and garlic, so that the umami of crab mushrooms is more intense, and the taste will be better.  

Tips:

1: There will be a lot of water at the bottom of the dish after the seafood mushrooms are steamed, it is best not to pour them out, you can pour them back into the pot, add some water and starch to make a sauce and then pour them on the seafood mushrooms, so that the seafood mushrooms will be more delicious.

2: Garlic must be fried over low heat, the fragrance is easy to volatilize when the fire is large, and it is easy to paste off, so remember to fry over low heat.
