Production process:

1. First of all, we have to deal with the pork skin, which is the purchased pork skin, first cut it into the appropriate size, otherwise the whole pork skin is too big, and the operation in the pot is not easy to operate, as shown in the figure.

2. Cut the pork skin and wash it with cold water first, as shown in the figure.

4.
