【Steamed tofu with minced meat】
Prepare the ingredients as follows:
A piece of tofu, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce, a little sugar, three cloves of garlic, a green onion, a spoonful of chopped pepper sauce, and a small piece of meat
The cooking steps are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, chop the green onion, mince the meat, and mince the garlic. Cut the tofu into long strips and place them on a plate for later use. 
Step 2: Chop the meat into minced meat. 
Step 3: Heat the oil, fry the minced meat until it changes color, add chopped green onions, minced garlic and pickled pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. 
Step 4: Add two scoops of light soy sauce. Stir-fry with a pinch of sugar evenly. 
Step 5: Place the fried minced meat evenly on top of the tofu. 
Step 6: After boiling, steam for eight minutes. 
Step 7: Pour in a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce. 
Tips: Seasonings such as chopped peppers are salty, so salt should be put as appropriate, and salt can basically be omitted.
