Carp, salt, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, green onion, ginger, chili, oil

The cooking steps are as follows:

Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, remove the scales, gutt, and clean the fish. Cut a knife at the head and tail of the fish, draw out the fishy line, and then cut the carp on both sides.

Step 2: Put the carp in a container, smear the whole body of the fish with an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, and marinate for preparation.

Step 3: Cut the green onion into shredded green onions and green onion segments, shred the ginger and shred the red pepper. Part of the green onion is placed on a plate, and part of it is stuffed into the belly of the fish with shredded ginger. A portion is placed on the fish. Soak and roll the shredded green onion and chili pepper together in water.
