Carrots are really enjoyable to eat like this, the  method is simple, no dough is not made or hot, and each layer is coated with filling. Eating such a one, it is all satisfying, delicious and full.  

【Carrot mille-feuille roll】

1. Ingredients: 4 carrots, 400g of flour, 3 eggs, 1 handful of vermicelli, 1 handful of chives, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, a little Sichuan pepper powder, a little salt, 1 spoon of sesame oil.

Second, the practice of carrot mille-feuille rolls:

1. First of all, prepare all the ingredients and soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance. Put the flour in a bowl, then add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir well to increase the strength of the flour. Then add a small amount of warm water several times to mix the dough, stirring as you add it, and stir the flour into a large flocculent. Start kneading the dough until it forms a smooth and soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.

2. Let's start preparing the filling, after the carrots are cleaned, slice them first, then change the knife to cut them into small cubes and put them in a pot. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir together. Take a pot, put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in it, then pour the egg liquid into it, then stir it up with chopsticks, fry it into broken eggs, and put it out to cool. Add another pot to an appropriate amount of cooking oil, then pour the chopped carrots into it and stir-fry to bring out the moisture in them until the chopped carrots are soft and ready to be set aside. Cook the soaked vermicelli in water, then take it out and put it in cold water, then chop it together and put it in the chopped carrots. Chop some chopped green onions and put them in.

3. Start seasoning these fillings, add a little Sichuan pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, a little salt, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to enhance the flavor, then stir well with chopsticks. You don't need too many condiments so that the filling tastes more delicious.

4. Take out the awakened dough, knead it directly into long strips without kneading the dough, and then cut it into 3 dough of equal size with a knife. Take a dough, roll it into a circle, then press it flat, then roll it out with a rolling pin to form a rectangular pancake. Take an appropriate amount of filling and spread it evenly on top of the dough, first fold one part of the two ends, then roll it up from the other side, and place the closing area underneath. This way, when you pick up the cake, the filling inside will not leak out.

5. Make all the dough cakes, then pot on cold water, after the water boils, continue to steam on high heat for 12 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat, do not remove the lid immediately, simmer for 3 minutes before taking it out. The strong carrot aroma came to my nose, and I cut this carrot mille-feuille roll in half, and each layer was filled with filling, which was really delicious.
