Steamed pork ribs, glutinous and fragrant, tender but not chyme, rice noodles are oily, salty and sweet, delicious, endless aftertaste, and the taste is very good.
This time, the rice noodles were replaced with millet with higher nutritional value, and the taste was also very good! Whole grains are eaten together, nutritious and healthy!
Paired with the dried beans made by yourself, they are soft and delicious, delicious and especially satisfying!
Here's how I made it:
1. Soak the millet overnight in advance, wash it, drain it and set aside.
2. The dried beans made by yourself were also soaked overnight in advance, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Add an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to the beans, mix well, and set aside for later use.
3. Add an appropriate amount of warm water to the ribs and soak for more than 10 minutes, then vomit blood. Then wash it several times, drain and set aside.
4. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to the green onion and ginger shreds, and rub out the green onion and ginger juice.
5. Pour the green onion and ginger juice into the pork ribs, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, 13 spices, soybean paste, oyster sauce and mix evenly, marinate for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, then add the drained millet, grasp and mix evenly, and try to coat each rib with a layer of millet.
7. Spread the mixed pork ribs evenly on top of the beans.
8. Put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for 1 hour. After it comes out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.
Fresh and fragrant, soft and glutinous, delicious and satisfying, often eat coarse grains, nutritious and healthy!
