The streets and alleys are all about it, and you can also cook it at home, and the children rush to eat it

Today I made a yellow stewed chicken at home, I added some vegetables to it, and also added some potatoes that children love to eat, the potatoes absorb the taste of chicken broth, which is better than chicken.

Ingredients: chicken thighs, shiitake mushrooms, potatoes, green peppers, red peppers

Ingredients: cooking wine, cooking oil, rock sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, soybean paste, sesame oil

Process:

1. Wash the chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces. Blanch the pot under cold water to remove the blood foam (pour some cooking wine into the pot when blanching), remove and wash for later use.

2. Cut the soaked shiitake mushrooms, peeled and washed potatoes, washed green peppers and red peppers into cubes for later use.

3. Take a clean bowl, add 1:1 ratio of light soy sauce, oyster sauce and soybean paste to the bowl, and stir well for later use.

4. Pour oil into the pan, add a few pieces of rock sugar, and fry until the jujube is red.

5. Pour the chicken thighs into the pan and stir-fry the chicken to color.

6. Pour in the seasoned juice and chopped garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add water, and cover the chicken.

7. Pour into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of salt, cover with a lid, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

8. Pour in the chopped shiitake mushrooms, simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then pour in the potatoes, simmer for another 10 minutes, and finally pour in the green pepper and red pepper, and simmer again for 10 minutes.

9. Add some sesame oil and the delicious stewed chicken thighs are ready.
