When you usually make lute legs at home, add an appropriate amount of beer and a little honey to make it taste even better! The steps are as follows:

Pipa leg, beer, honey, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies
Salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce (colored), cooking wine
1. Clean the pipa legs, scratch a few knives on the surface, and blanch them first:
Put water in the pot, put the washed lute legs in, pour in a little cooking wine, blanch the water for one minute after boiling.
2. Take out the blanched pipa legs and put them in a basin, add the chopped green onions, ginger, garlic, a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, grasp well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from the pot and add the oil, add the marinated pipa legs and dried chili rings and stir-fry.
Pour in the sauce from the previously marinated chicken thighs, add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
Then pour in the beer and honey (boil with water). Once the heat is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer.
