The fifth step, after fermentation, heat the pan, brush with a layer of oil, put in the cake, burn it on low heat, set the bottom, turn it over, burn it to the other side, turn it over several times, and burn it until both sides are golden brown. If you have an oven, you can also bake directly in the oven, 150 degrees above and below the tube, and bake for about 15 minutes.
